Day 01: Arrival Leh 3500mts, we will pick up you all from Leh airport and transfer to your Hotel/Guest House. After having a tea/Breakfast good rest is very important for upcoming days and to get acclimatise with weather in Leh. Evening or after Lunch you can visit Leh Market. Night in Hotel/Guest House Leh.

 

Day 02: After breakfast drive to Kargil/Sangku and on the way visit to some of the famous monasteries in lower Ladakh, like as Liker with monastery with huge statue of future Buddha, Alchi is famous for its structure and paintings and Lamayuru monastery is with beautiful history and landscape. Several passes and Mulbik Carved Statue of Mitrya Buddha. On the way, you will be stop at some place for photography by the guide. Night at Hotel/Guest House.

 

 

Day 03: Kargil/Sangku to Rangdum. 6hours. the beautiful Suru Valley starts after leaving Kargil. Progress will be slow on these roads but the stunning landscape and views more than make up for this. See glaciers of the Nun-Kun massif around Rangdum. Late afternoon & evening at leisure to enjoy the stunning views. Refrain from much physical activity, except for a short acclimatization walk. Night at Camp/Guest House.

 

Day 04: Rangdum to Padum.  6-7hours. After breakfast drive on bumpy adventures road towards Penzi La 4700mts, enjoying the beautiful views from the pass, you will be stop for photography often, magnificent view of Dharang Durung which is second largest glacier in India. Passing by you might see Nomad peoples grazing there Yaks, Sheep, Cows in the mountain, they stay for 2-3 months at such high pasture place. Arrival at Padum the administration capital for Zanskar Valley called Padum. Night at Hotel/Guest House.

 

Day 05: Drive to some famous monasteries in Zanskar Valley, Visit to Karsha monastery as the largest, Stongday Monastery and after to Zangla ruin palace and nunnery, on you will have beautiful views of whole valley and Back to Padum. Night at Camp/Guest House.

 

Day 06: Drive to Sangku/Kargil via Penzi la 4700mts, Rangdum village and monastery on the way you can stop for photograph at Dharang Durung Glacier just beside Penzi la, and Himalayan marmots  can be seen also. Beautiful landscape of Rangdum. Night at Hotel/Guest house.

 

Day 07: Drive to Leh via several pass Namkila, Fotola and Lamayuru village with a beautiful Landscape. Arrival Leh and have very good shower after many days. Night at Hotel/Guest house.

 

Day 08: Departure Leh to Delhi with memories from Ladakh.
